Pricing

My approach is to offer you the best price and the best job done! So if you have had it quoted cheaper elsewhere, 9 times out of 10 I can offer a better price: I have low margins without compromising quality of the service I offer. Understandably I also need to cover fixed costs such as tip fees and petrol etc.

It is worth noting the following regarding pricing:

Each waste management facility charges a separate price for the different type of waste/rubbish disposal. Therefore every job is quoted separately and larger jobs are best quoted on site and are obligation free.

Tip fees generally are increased each July every year, and some tipping facilities have two annual price increases - this is factored into the estimates at that time.

Smaller rubbish removal jobs, including single items can be estimated over the phone, remembering the quote is based on the accuracy of the information that you supply me - if the reality is different, I will advise accordingly before I start any work, giving you the option to say 'yay or nay'.

Jobs such as demolition, strip outs and so forth are also best estimated on-site. This is an obligation free quote.

Please include in your information important details like distance of rubbish to where the truck can go, any parking restrictions or special conditions, and anything else that I need to be aware of your end to complete the job.
